There was miscommunication at first, the first person I spoke with mislead me by telling me the company did not customize samples. But I got to the right person.

My experience with Aoxi wasn’t the best, I began with one sales person who told me the company didn’t customize pieces, to one that told me different. I received my product very late I was told to expect my shipment mid December but didn’t recive until mid January without a legit explanation as to why. I just believe that if the company can not keep up with the demand of 100 MOQ, that they should lower their MOQ. Especially charging the way that you do. $27 for a sublimation transfer was crazy by the way. I sampled one product but was pushed into purchasing another. And the communication or lack there of was a bit much. I felt as thoughi was speaking to an AI at times. Having to reach out to ASK what’s going on with my purchase was like pulling teeth at times. There was no interest to provide a discount, AT ALL even after the miscommunication and pushing my order back a full month. I wanted to remain with your company long term but I was completely turned off. No thank you.
